I brought my car in early and they were able to get everything done fairly quickly, which I appreciated. The cost was a little higher than I had hoped, but they worked with me and kept it as low as possible. I had an oil change and needed a tire replaced, and thankfully I had a spare, which helped keep the expense down. Overall, considering everything, they did a pretty good job and got me back on the road without breaking the bank.

Every photo they took, looked ok. Except the oil pan.... that's normal. I have no oil leaks at all and it's normal for the age of the car.

It was easy to get an appointment for the 2 tires that kept throwing low air warnings. They got me in quickly and Trusted Tire found the issues and fixed my tire. Bill took the time to explain exactly what happened and how they fixed them so I could understand. Very pleased with Trusted Tire and would definitely recommend them!!!

Great Service. We came to Bismarck and stayed in a hotel overnight. Came out the next day to find 2 of our tires slashed. Called Trusted and talked to Cody. He was very helpful. They didnt have our size tires in stock, but he got them. Made sure to make us a priority even though they were busy, so we could get on the road. When the tow truck from AAA came and said he couldn't give us a ride, I called Cody to explain we wouldnt be arriving with the car, he was willing to come pick us up so we didn't have to spend more money on an Uber. And the price of the tires and work was more than reasonable and they give you text updates throughout and pictures at the end of what they found and did. Thank you Cody and Trusted for all your help

These guys are it. I’m typically a Big O fan when I lived back south, but they’re not open on the weekends. I used Trusted Auto and I was not disappointed. Great service, prices are right on par, customer service is above par. The courtesy shuttle is a game changer.
