Initial Review (1 star):I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for 8:30 a.m. on Monday to have my brakes and rotors inspected. I dropped my car off on time, but it sat untouched for over 4 hours. Despite having an appointment, no one even looked at it during that time. I ended up leaving because I had to get to work — a complete waste of my morning. Very frustrating and unprofessional experience.UPDATED REVIEW (Service completed Wednesday):After leaving my initial review, the store manager, Jason, personally reached out to apologize and take responsibility for the situation. He offered a free inspection and 10% off any necessary services and even offered to pick up my car from work. I decided to give them another shot.Jason made my car a priority, kept me informed, and ensured everything was taken care of. My brakes were fixed on Wednesday, and I left feeling heard and taken care of. I really appreciate the follow-through and great customer service — thank you, Jason.

I go to the south and north one, and they always do a great job. I've gotten new tires here, oil changes at both the drive thru valvoline, and the shop. Gotten bearings replaced. I appreciate the reports they give you afterwards.
