Trusted Tire truly went above and beyond for me during an emergency situation with my vehicle brakes. Scott, the service technician I worked with through their local grant program, was absolutely amazing. He helped get my vehicle in quickly, walked me through pricing for the parts and my financial responsibility, and treated me with kindness and understanding during a really stressful situation.This grant program and the support from Trusted Tire honestly helped prevent me from losing my job due to transportation issues. If it wasn’t for Scott and the team at Trusted Tire, I genuinely don’t know what I would have done.Thank you so much, Scott. I truly hope you see this and receive the acknowledgement you deserve for the care and effort you put into helping people.

****UPDATE *****I was very impressed with how the owner handled this issue. He called both my husband and myself separately...apologized profusely but didn't make excuses...I respect that alot. He took the time to actually fix processes and make sure we were happy. This NEVER happens with companies so I'm changing my review because he took the time to communicate and not make excuses for internal processes.Original post:Had a 10am appointment for new tires. Its now after 1pm and STILL waiting for them to pull the car in to start it! Absolutely ridiculous!!!! NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!

Yesterday morning, I had stopped in to trusted tire and auto And I had an air leak in my tire. They said for me to come back in the afternoon and they would take care of it. My workday did not allow it as I was too busy. I stopped in at 5:20. There was only one person working, and that was Wayne. He was so kind that he said no problem. I’ll pull it in and take care of it. He repaired my tire and said I had a large screw in it But what I want to stress here is the customer service I received was stellar. The week prior to this, I was in there replacing a light on my vehicle and also received stellar customer service. I highly recommend this place for service for your vehicle

I bought a set of tires from you about 4 years ago. Got the first flat I’ve ever had in 60 years of driving. Brought it to you and you fixed it free! Even put it back on my Wranglers spare tire rack. Now that’s service! Excellent!

Took my vehicle in for a wheel alignment as it was hunting a bit at higher speeds. They got me in early. Started on it right away. 45 minutes later they told me the alignment was "flawless". They even took it for a test drive and only experienced the wandering in high wind. Then......they charged me nothing. Seriously. Nothing. I was beyond amazed to receive service and not be charged. We brought a vehicle here before and you can bet, we'll be back!

There is nothing I like more then good leadership! Had a bad experience my first time going here to get a diagnostic on my truck. Got a call a few days later from the store manager and he made it right!

Outstanding customer service! And very professional and very reasonable to work with probably wouldn’t go to any other shop I’ve had my car and my truck in and both times they were done way faster then expected my truck needed a head gasket repair which in itself is a huge job and im very fortunate I took it here instead of any other shop! As these guys are way more reasonable than any other shop from past experiences definitely have me as a customer!

I recently had a flat tire and was stressed about how quickly I could get it taken care of, but Trusted Tire and Auto on Ottawa Street completely exceeded my expectations. My vehicle needed tires and alignment as I thought, but the problem was upper ball joints, the garage repaired my vehicle, new 10 ply tires new ball joints and alignment. Oh yah and new exhaust gaskets. Fast service. Thank you.

They got me in very quick when we where going to hit the road but ran into an alignment issue the night before. Went in recently for new tires and they did an alignment again and it appears a tie rod was adjusted during the last alignment and may not have been tightened up when I compare the new alignment before and after with the old one, the left side toe was way out when it was pretty good on the last printout. Would return again for tires when needed.

I brought my vehicle in because it wasn't running properly and broke down on me. These guys found what they thought was the problem and fixed it. I paid and took my vehicle.. shortly after I was having problems again and was understandably upset. I spoke to a few people one was Scott and I unfortunately cant remember the other, but they helped to assess what I was having problems with and they were quick to ask to have it brought in so they could see if the problems was from something they had missed or another new problem. I got a call back and they responsibly informed me that they may have missed the upper converters deterioration and that that may be the cause of the others getting clogged. Scott offered to pay for the trailer rental to get it back, and cover the work charges which left me with just paying for the parts. He also informed me that I could use a vehicle they have until the parts come in and my vehicle is fixed. I started with one star but ended up giving them 5. Responsible, hardworking and caring individuals at Trusted Tires.

Quick, efficient and friendly. We were in a tough spot on a Saturday - Adam was friendly and helpful when we needed it when many places are not staffed on the weekends. It was nice to be able to drop our vehicle off and have an answer an estimate before the end of the day.

I love working with these guys! They do a great job explaining why repairs are needed, how they’re done, and the cost. They are always willing to work with a budget and make a plan. They never make me feel dumb or less than when a further explanation is needed.

Has a diagnostic completed, bad news came back for replacement of cams and lifters. Pics indicated wear/tear on cams and loose lifters. Jaxson and his crew were fantastic!! All the while explained and photos of what happened, cost estimate and time line. Couldn’t have been in better hands. The mech there is a wizard and quick getting things done and doing it right. Knew it would be pricey but for the time, parts etc, very happy with the prices and quality of work. Fantastic service, great people, all around excellent work!!

Staff was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. They were able to fix up my car without too many problems. They also showed me other problems my car had that I was completely unaware of. Im definitely coming back to these guys for the rest of the work my car needs!
