Great place to get my service done, live on the complete opposite of town but the service provided by these guys is worth it. Ever go up ask to have JASON help you he is a great guy in making the process smooth and easy for you and your vehicle!

It was easy to get an appointment for the 2 tires that kept throwing low air warnings. They got me in wuickly and Trusted Tire found the issues and fixed both my tires. Bill took the time to explaine exactly what happened and how they fixed them so I could understand. Very pleased with Trusted Tire and would definitely recommend them!!!

My 2013 Nissan gtr was in need of an alignment it pulled to the right and was showing uneven wear on the right front. Made an appointment and 30 min later perfection. Car drives great. They have the best equipment and the best people to align your car. Cost is reasonable when compared to buying new tires.

We moved to Minot 5 years ago and I had to get new tires on my car. I got them from Tiers Plus which then changed to Trusted Tire. They have given exceptional service every time I’ve gone in. Both for tires and oil changes. What makes me even happier is when one of the tires I bought got a screw in it, they fixed it for free and then when I needed it looked at again they took care of me again for free! They give rides if I have to drop my vehicle off and even have cookies for you in the waiting area. I can’t say enough good about them. I am very happy with them and recommend them to everyone!

Amazing service. I told them they could do a wheel alignment if the car needed it, and they didn't do it because the car was in spec. Saving me money, and showing that they are honest and not just scamming people. Their free taxi service to the mall or near by restaurants while your car is getting worked on is an amazing and helpful service.

Cody Hammer and his team at both of the Minot locations have been so wonderful to me and my family. They have gone above and beyond to ensure that my car was fixed and that I understood the process as it was being fixed. A little backstory that I think is important, My husband was deployed when my car overheated. I was overwhelmed and a little out of my depth on what needed to be done. Cody and his team helped me every step of the way and made sure they made my car safe for me and my boys. They made what could’ve been a really stressful situation so easy and smooth. I will forever give my business to this amazing company and its amazing employees! I cannot say enough, how grateful me and my husband are to everyone that works here. The customer service is unmatched to any place I have ever been! Plus, they are experts in all things cars! I wish Google gave me the option of giving more five stars because Cody and his team deserve it!

Very knowledgeable and friendly people that are so good to work with! Came back to have my lug nuts retorqued following tire rotation and was done and gone in less than 15 minutes!

The staff is great in the front and back shop. they will stay late to get the job done. Dropped my Tahoe off for a new set of A/Ts alignment new tpms sensors and an oil change. Was told it would be done about 6. Picked it up at 7 no big deal. I have ran multiple automotive shops and a director at a dealership. It is hard to guess exactly when a job will be done. People have to understand with cars you’re one broken bolt away from a 2 hour job turning into 7 hours. Will be back for regular maintenance. Keep it up.

Helped me a lot. I decided against all the extra maintenance stuff and the tech carried my totally congested air filter to me and said "you should probably change this". A lazier tech would have just skipped that. Much appreciated 👍

Trusted Tires is a life saver. Heading out on a trip tomorrow and came across a nasty gash in my sidewall of rear tire. Showed up at 430 with the issue and they stayed late (8:00 pm) and got me hooked up. Jaxon and Jaeger are awesome to work with up front and thanks to the shop guys as well.

Tonight, I stopped by to see if someone was able to check my tire pressure before my upcoming roadtrip. I was greeted promptly and felt very welcomed! I was directed to go to the Valvoline side and they were very friendly and helped me out. They didn’t make me feel “silly” for having them check something as simple as my tire pressure. I’m so grateful to have such a positive overall experience and I will definitely be back!

****Update**** 12/12/24Talked to Jason after I left this review below and am very pleased after our chat. My understanding is this tech who looked at my vehicle is no longer there and so I would consider bringing my vehicle back here again if I needed it looked at. I’m going with 4 stars just because I haven’t needed to bring it in yet.*******10/12/24If I could give no stars I would. Let me set up the scene for you. I go in to get my tire looked at because I kept losing air in it. They tell me it’s fine and air it up for me. Thanks, guys. HOWEVER, (stay with me cause here’s where it gets good) they go on to tell me that I need 3 out of 4 of my ball joints replaced. That they are looking bad. They tell me it’ll cost me $1300 to do so and lucky me they can do it right there on the spot. Now, I am a single-mom working the best I can to provide for my kids and unfortunately I have no car experience. I tell them I need to make a phone call first. Talk to my dad and we decide I’ll take my vehicle up to my parents’ house and we’ll have it done there because they know a mechanic who can do it for almost HALF of the cost.So I drive to my parents which isn’t a short trip, and we take my vehicle in. Our TRUSTED mechanic says, “There is nothing wrong with these ball joints. Maybe just a little wear on one of them.” 😳 Either Jesus miraculously healed my vehicle on my drive to their house…Thank you, Lord! OOOORRRRR, these guys lied to me and were banking on the fact that I was a lone woman with her kids who would TRUST them to do the right job. Who knows if they would have even replaced them or lied again and said they did and therefore sending me on my way with the exact same ball joints I went in with.Never will I ever take my vehicle here.

I take my car here for everything! They are always helpful and honest about the work that they do! We love the service we get! They have helped with everything from a simple oil change, brand new tires, headlights to any other problem that seems to come up! I had a flat tire on my hybrid and no spare while passing through. It was the day before thanksgiving, but they were able to squeeze me in and get me back on the road in short order. Truly appreciated the customer service!

One of my tires were leaking air faster than normal. Called them up to see if they could look at it for me. They got me in as soon as I arrived. Come to find out I had a heavy duty staple stuck in my tire. They were able to take it out and patch it up in less than a half hour. Very pleased with the lady that helped me too, good customer service.

I needed all 4 tires replaced asap, and they were able to see me the very next morning which was great! Many other places I called were booked up for weeks. The workers had great customer service and were professional and kind. They did a great job and I’ll certainly be going back for future work!

Outstanding! Great staff, fair prices, and even decent coffee in the waiting room. They also have a shuttle and are happy to give you a lift even at the busiest times. Hands down the best tire shop I've ever visited. Don't even think about other shops.
