Was traveling from Louisiana to Montana. 2 days prior I had just put brand new tires on my car. About 25 miles out of Bismarck I hit something on the interstate that punctured one of my tires on the side wall. I drove on a donut to Trusted Tire not knowing what to expect. They were ABSOLUTELY wonderful! Had me a new tire exactly like the ones I have. I was in and out very quickly and everyone was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I thank them so much! A business that service still means something!

Update. I was contacted by the manager and he apologized for what happened and said that they did write it up wrong and charged me for a complete mount and balance instead of a rotate. He even offered a refund. Thanks Trusted tire!They charged my wife $120 to change out wheels and tires. All they did was take off 4 wheels and tires and put on 4 different wheels and tires. No balance or anything. Took 10 min. They charged me that amount to swap tires onto wheels on my car and that seemed fair. That took about an hour. But they definitely took advantage of the opportunity to make some extra money from my wife.
