I had a nail on my tire and unfortunately on the side where can't be patched. I call them and Jaxon immediately told me I could drop off my car. He was professional and super personable. He made sure I felt relieved and understood that as much I may not know about vehicles I was really upset with my car needing help. After my car was fixed he called me back and I liked that fact that he did not try to upsell me things or tell me my car needed 100 things to get fixed as other shops do. I really liked their service. And I would go there to go get my car checked in the future. 🩶 10/10

It’s about time that this Trusted Auto has hired a Store Manager who provides excellent customer service. He called to verify that I was still bringing my car in on the schedule date and when I was running late, he was able to find me another date/time. We love Trusted Tire on base. The service is always phenomenal, and the staff is top notch. Prices are higher IMO, but if you live on base, it's worth the convenience, honesty and service.
