Wonderful experience at Trusted Tire and Auto! Chris helped walk me through some concerns I was having with a reservoir and saved me from having to replace the entire thing! Every team member I interacted with was kind, courteous, and professional. They gave me a straight bail out on my car. I got a flat and the tires were about due anyway plus it was an AWD. They squeezed me in same day and upgraded the tire quality with one more fitting for the work I'll be needing to do. Chris and the guys really helped me out and were awesome and very communicative. 10/10 guys. Thank you.

We had such a great time and good experience at trusted tire and Auto in Minot the first time we had to come back the second time. Chris was the gentleman that helped us throughout and made sure that we were happy with the work that was done and was very knowledgeable and communicated well with us. We look forward to working with the rest of the gentleman there who did the work on our vehicle. We were pleasantly surprised to see that our friend Paul who we've worked with in the past at another business was now working with Trusted Tire and Auto! The whole experience was outstanding and everybody involved went above and beyond for us and for that we deeply appreciate that. From the people who do the ordering to the people who do the work and even the nice gentleman who give us a ride to the mall while we waited are by far the best people we encountered in a long time. We will continue to bring our vehicles here for the work we need done.

Trusted Tire truly went above and beyond for me during an emergency situation with my vehicle brakes. Scott, the service technician I worked with through their local grant program, was absolutely amazing. He helped get my vehicle in quickly, walked me through pricing for the parts and my financial responsibility, and treated me with kindness and understanding during a really stressful situation.This grant program and the support from Trusted Tire honestly helped prevent me from losing my job due to transportation issues.
